Zoho Password Reset

As a Zoho Partner we can't do a Zoho password reset on your account. Zoho have setup a self service password reset. The following instructions will change slightly if you are on .com as opposed to a .eu instance of Zoho (how to find out which version of Zoho you are using).

1. If you are logged into Zoho then logout
2. Go to accounts.zoho.eu
   
3. Below the sign in box is a link called "Forgot Password"
4. Click the link, enter your email address and click request
5. An email will be sent to you, if you don't receive it in your inbox check your SPAM folder
6. Click the link in the email, enter a new password
