The Notebooks
Create different Notebooks for different subjects. Organise your thoughts into logical Notebooks. Sync your Notebooks and Notes across multiple devices, your Notes are stored in the cloud and synced seamlessly.
Cards
Different types of Notes require different types of formatting or capturing. Your Notes are stored as Cards. Cards can be Text, Checklists, Photos, Files, Web Clips.
Capture From The Web
Using a Web Browser Plugin, you can capture directly from the Web - Text, Image, Screenshot, Bookmarks can all be captured directly into your Notebook.
Zoho Notebook - Pro Edition
Included in Zoho One
Zoho Notebook Essential Edition is a free to use application. For a small fee (£ 19.99 a year), you can unlock the Pro Edition. The Pro Edition is however included in your Zoho One bundle.
Email In Notes
Generate a unique email address and authorise who can use it to send a Note directly to your Notebook via email. Or forward emails that you have received to automatically create a Note.
Custom Recurring Reminders
Daily, Weekly, Monthly reminders are a standard feature in the Essentials edition. Custom recurring reminders allows you to create a reminder similar to once every 4th month on the 5th.
Share With write Access
In the Essentials Edition you could only share a Note Card with Read, Write Access. In the Pro Edition you can share an entire Notebook with Write Access.
Scanning
Use your mobile camera to scan documents directly into Notebook as document cards. or scan a business card as a Contact Card. You can also scan tabular data and convert it to an editable format.
Premium Covers
A wider range of covers can be selected for your Notebook. Or you can upload your own graphic to be the Notebook cover.

Zoho Meeting
During a Zoho Meeting you can capture Notes in a sidebar, without having to leave the Zoho Meeting application. These Notes can be viewed, edited or shared at a later date.
Zoho CRM
Create notes from inside Zoho CRM which are stored in your Notebook. Or create a Note in your Notebook and subsequently associate it with a Lead, Contact or Account in Zoho CRM. See all Notes associated to CRM entities within Zoho CRM.
Google Workspace
Create a Note from inside Gmail. Capture the text in the Email, and append Notes to the Email. Turn your Notes into Google Documents. Create an Event from your Notes and share with your colleagues.
Zoho Notebook and Zoho CRM
Add Note From A Record
Whilst working with a record within Zoho CRM, you have the option top right to Add A Note, Add a to Do, Add A Photo, Record Audio, etc. These will be attached to the record and also in your Notebook.
Associate Notes To A Record
Forward an email to Notebook, create a Note on the app, scrape a webpage into your Notebook. All these "standalone" Notes can subsequently be Associated with a Record within Zoho CRM.
Notes As a Related List
On the left hand side of a record is related lists. There will be a new related list for Zoho Notebook which shows all Notes associated with the record. Be them created on the record or associated at some point.
Copy CRM Notes to Notebook
You can get started quickly by copying notes from Zoho CRM Notes section to your Notebook.
The Zoho CRM Noteboard
With the integration, a new module is created where you can view all your Notes. The Notes are categorised by the key modules in Zoho CRM.
Reporting
Administrators of the organisation can download reports to identify who has interacted with your notes. This report can be downloaded as a CSV file.
